一、用途
　　SYD-XY150沥青混合料旋转压实仪符合美国联邦公路局（FHWA）的SUPERPAVE规范要求，压实度能够满足AASHTO R35、AASHTO PP35-98规定要求，是一种模拟实际路面材料体积和工程属性的仪器。在恒定的压力，固定的压实角度及固定的压实转速条件下，通过揉搓方法进行热拌沥青混合料圆柱体试件制作的压实成型设备。

1、压力范围：100至1000kPa 连续可调
2、压力**度：小于±60Kpa（压实次数1-5次） 小于±18Kpa（压实次数>5次）
3、旋转次数：正转（按设定压实角度）：0～1000次；反转（压实角为0°度）：0～500次 
4、旋转压实角范围：0.5°至2.0°，以0.01°增加 (出厂在1.25°校准) 
5、旋转压实角（内角）精度：小于0.01°

SYD-XY150 asphalt mixture rotary compactor in line with the United States Federal Highway Administration ( FHWA ) of the SUPERPAVE specifications, compaction degree to meet AASHTO R35, AASHTO PP35-98 requirements, is a simulation of the actual pavement material volume and attributes of Engineering equipment. At constant pressure, fixed angle and fixed compaction compaction speed conditions, by kneading method for hot mix asphalt mixture cylinder specimen compaction molding equipment.
